Long Time No Post

Whoa mama it has been a minute since we've posted! I've finally had a chance to sit down and actually gather my thoughts … Koa is napping, David is putting a grill together, and Zoey is guarding the front door.

The reason we started blogging in the first place was to update our families on what's been happening with us … but it seems in the past year or two that everyone has migrated to Facebook and blogging almost seems obsolete to us as we are instantly posting our statuses as the happen. This is my attempt to keep this blog ALIVE!

Well, Koa is almost 11 months old … he's been walking now for over two months and is crazy fast! He climbs stairs like lightning and has no trouble finding hiding spots behind the chair and in Zoey's crate. When he speaks it's typically Mama, Dada, and Dah (dog). He loves playing in the curtains and splashing in the shower.

As most of you already can tell, we are LOVING parenthood.
